Felt comfortable at the store but it is not for sitting long hours

This chair felt very comfortable when I tried it at the store especially when compared to others. It is supposedly rated to be used for long periods I guess 8 to 10 hours and that was the main reason I bought it. It was easy to assemble but the comfort level is just not there when used for more than a couple of hours. I tried adding a gel seat cushion but it did not improve much. I would not recommend it.

Chair wasn't in stock so Staples had UPS deliver it to me the next business day - free shipping to my home. Easy directions for assembling.

Way better than my last chair.

I have had several computer chairs over the years. The foam cushion sooner or later breaks down and I'm just sitting on a hard surface. I tried getting a replacement cushion but is usually ends up the same way. I have sat in a mesh chair before at work and noticed that they hold up and there is little to no pressure point discomfort. If this chair holds up after a year I will upgrade my review to 5 stars. First impression so far is I've been able to sit several hours of gameplay before I realize I should get up and stretch. I had no problems putting it together pretty straight forward. The lumbar and head rest is nice and I like that the arm rests adjust up and down.

This chair is truly ergonomic and provides instant relief for my compression-sore back. Sadly that will allow me to sit longer (which I do too much for work!)

Everyone loves this chair it is very comfortable and like the headrest. Turned the arms around the other way it feels better and can rest our arms on it better this way.. A great buy! The store employee loaded it in my car for me customer service is so important
