Which means probably not someone 6'2" and 180. The chair felt small for my frame like it was always trying to push me out of it and me having to push myself back in. I'm not the only reviewer to have said this. Guessing' here but for 5'4"-5'11" you'll be fine with this chair. Even fully spread the armrests are (only) 17+ inches apart--so if you have wide hips. . . As others have also found the mesh pinched/squeezed the sides of my legs (which are almost as wide as the seat). I love the synchro-tilt mechanism and so was sorry to return this chair. If they made the chair with a fabric&cushion seat (eliminating a couple of my problems with it) I'd likely have kept it.

I love the support and positioning of this chair. The only comfortable way to sit in this chair is upright and straight which is the proper way to sit. The armrests are perfectly positioned to my mouse area located on my pull out keyboard tray. The only negatives are the mesh seat which is only bothersome when wearing shorts the base is heavy so it is difficult to move on carpet and it would be nice to adjust the headrest up and down. Overall a good positioning chair. I have found myself sitting less on my feet and less slouching.

Very Nice Chair

Very nice chair. Went together easily. Parts very sturdy. Lumbar support and head rest adjustments are good. Would buy again. Would rate a 5 except that open weave seat is very firm and hard to get used to after using a chair with a cushioned seat.

We got this for our son-in-law for his birthday. He says that it is super comfy and he loves that he doesn’t seat while sitting in it because of the mesh seat.

I did not assemble it but was told that it was a little bit complicated. I cannot speak to durability as I have only had it a short time so far. I do love the neck rest and it is very comfy. Overall so far I am happy with this chair.
