Shipped w/ Broken Part -- Decent Chair Cheap Materials

This product was shipped to me and came with a broken tilt-tension-adjuster-knob that was chipped and broken. Knob still works and it's too much work to file a complaint / request a return. Chair is decent otherwise.

Bought two of these both have the same problem

The headrest on both chairs that i bought are skewed to the right so it doesnt line up properly with my head. Otherwise comfortable though i would have liked more positions to lock the chair in (only has 3 levels of recline). The headrest was the main reason that i bought these chairs so i was quite disappointed when the headrests weren't up to par (the screw holes for the headrest were skewed to the right no easy way to correct). Good price or not i would not buy this chair again.

Best Bang for Buck

OK so this chair was 110 dollars off when I bought it. So that was a huge factor. But just like everyone here that awful headrest is the only bad thing about this chair. I didn't install it. Other than that it's the best chair I've owned hands down. Get it you won't be disappointed.

First Rate Office Chair Choice

I needed a new office chair and found this one on sale in a Staples newspaper flyer. I had wanted a full mesh chair with lumbar support and head rest and this one met those specifications. The price was one half of other offerings I had looked at and also offered free shipping. The chair arrived in two business days and was quite easy to assemble (excellent instructions & parts labeling). To date this chair has exceeded my expectations. My only recommendations are to change the adhesive on the numerous labels (needed solvent to remove) and design a locking mechanism for head rest adjustment.
