Good chair good value

As a person with long-time back issues I wanted a supportive chair for my computer desk. This task chair filled the bill very well. It has enough adjustment to fit my needs and is a very good value at a fraction of the price of the top-end ergonomic chairs. I'm also happy with the breathable mesh covering which is easy to keep clean as well as being comfortable.

Good back support and height adjustment. The feel is slightly different from the same chair tried on Staples store. The size is good for me but it is not a chair for someone who is tall and big.

It is just what I wanted and is so comfortable great for back and neck and I could even use it as a recliner with my ottoman. I will have to tighten the screws up per instructions each month. At least they told customers that whereas many mfg. instructions are lacking. Nothing I have purchased from Staples has been excellent. If I get the tablet survey I'm still working on learning what to do so wait a month will you.

Love my new chair!

I have problems with my tailbone so I can't sit in just any chair. I went to Staples and tried out every office chair they have and this one is wonderful. It doesn't put a lot of pressure on my tailbone so I can sit in it for an hour or so with no problems! Additionally my boyfriend likes it too. The price was reasonable even before the discount I got because of Staples' chair sale. I found it easy to assemble myself so that's a big plus too..

OK but not perfext

Head rest part is too low and ended up in the back of my neck/shoulders. After about 3 weeks it broke off entirely. The recline lock is very good with no wiggle to it. Adjustable arm height is also solid with a good range of heights.

Staples delivered my Hyken Technical Mesh Chair on time as promised. This chair really comfortable and just the right size for me. The back and lumbar support plus the headrest are the important things I like about this chair. I would recommend this chair if you work long hours in front of your pc.
