the chair was well packed instructions were pictures which were not overly clear but i was able to figure it out eventually. this chair is the most comfortable chair i have owned so far. compared to many others this is a smaller chair which fits me better gives low back support and the head rest is practical and comfortable. the arm rests are adjustable which is a good feature. the left lever for reclining is not the most reachable and at times does not respond. but generally I am delighted to have made this choice of my new desk chair. I recommend it highly and aside from getting a manual with larger letters and more understandable info i give it 5 stars

This chair is very sturdy and provides ample back support. The headrest also contributes to the maintenance of correct posture. All total I am no longer experiencing lower back pain as I spend hours working from my chair.

A nice chair

Overall this is very comfortable chair. Assembly is easy and it took me about 40 minutes to assemble two of them. For someone that is 5'-10" the lumbar support and headrest seem perfect. Despite what you may read in several reviews the height of the headrest is adjustable but not by a lot. Overall this is a great buy

Good support helps me to sit up straight nice firm mesh seat and back. I like the headrest and the lower back cushion though I wish the lower back cushion could be raised a few more inches.

Grat chair and delivered on time. Easy assembly as well. Cant think of anything in the process I would change. One suggestion make a clip on the chair to hold the allen wrench. Still 100% satisfied.
