Purchased last week still trying to see if is what I want. I asked the lady if I was not satisfied would staples take back but the only thing I didn't like was I paid $15 to have it put together and that want reimburse this. The back seems fine since I have back problems but the seat seems a little hard after sitting a while. Still on the fence.

Good Bargain but not perfect!

I bought this chair to replace my everyday office chair issued by my employer. I find the mesh very comfortable and conforming to the lower body and appreciate the back support. However the backside of the chair is short for someone of 6 ft. such as myself; I wish the headrest was higher. The chair comes in a box that is a little heavy but can be carried. I built the chair in 25 minutes and all the tools came within the box.

Bought one and convinced my sister and two friends to get ones themselves - we all love it. The comfort is great and the ability to recline back is amazing. Neck support is great too despite looking like it would feel a little strange. The assembly should maybe take thirty minutes to get up and running.
