I first wondered why I would want a head rest. Then I sat in it and understood. Whole body support for the the daily zoom meetings.

Headrest too low.

I'm 5' 10" and the headrest hits my shoulders at the highest setting. I don't know how someone could design a chair that doesn't even fit an average sized male.

I like chair - it is very comfortable. I am disappointed that the arms do not swivel as described on the product page. Also why am I forced to give five stars for the review. I tried but cannot change

As the reviews state great chair but if you are older and heavier (235lbs)the chair seat design folds up like a bucket seat.on the sides becomes painful after a few hours solution change to a different chair or get a pillow to raise up up.

I want the chair to be able to shift lower and since some people are shorter I want the chair to be able to shift height on the place you lean.
