Great affordable chair but need to be able to buy replacement parts. Hydraulics fail.

We have purchased at least 11 of these chairs. Very comfortable and the mesh is firm and cool. The only issue we have had is the seat height drops on two of the eleven and that is a major issue for us. There should be the ability to purchase replacement parts for the hydraulics.

Great with one issue...

I love my new chair. It is comfortable but I purchased it because of the breathability and the neck rest. My former chair was also from Staples. It was a cushioned fabric type chair on wheels and I was always hot which was uncomfortable. The only thing that doesn't work well is the neck support. It was considerably more expensive purchasing this chair with neck support instead of another similar style without the neck support. One of us is 6'2" and the other averge height 5'4". It doesn't adjust enough for the tall person to be comfortable. I know the chair can be returned but after putting it together and facing the hauling and putting it together again it takes more time than I can spare.

Assembly was a little more work than expected. Chair is bad good support for the back. Good purchase for the cost.

Not soft enough

It just was not soft enough for me. Has a lot of nice adjustments on it. Lots to put together though. However instructions are very easy to understand. Had to return it b/c the seat was not soft enough but loved the back support.

Greatest chair ever

We tried several chairs prior in many price ranges! This chair by far is the most comfortable computer chair out there and extremely well built and durable! Don’t waste your money on other brands... you won’t be sorry!

This is our 3rd chair purchase.. Easy to assemble salesmen are comfortable to the whole day. The wheels seem sturdy and still moveable... Love the adjustments and the fact you have have the arms or not if you need to get in close to your desk! Very happy so far!!

This chair is so comfortable that I sometime bring it out of the office and sit and watch TV in it. Got a great sale price on it which made it an even better deal
