Very easy to put together. No tools needed the one tool used to turn the screws comes with the parts kit. The mesh keeps the body cool. My wife also really liked the chair. She liked the headrest. The chair can be adjusted just about everywhere which is really nice. The padding on the front part of the seat under the mesh keeps the legs comfortable on the leading edge of the seat.

I want to love it more then I do

The edge of the seat hurts my legs. Like the mesh is sticking out. I also wish the seat front was adjustable. For the money should have more adjustability.

Amazing Chair

This is one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever owned - large enough seat for the men in the office but with great back support so you don't feel lost. Head rest is flexible and adjustable. The arm rest height is easily adjustable as is the overall chair height. I like a very high seat and this comes up far enough for me. I definitely recommend this chair.

Tiny and uncomfortable chair

This is not a comfortable chair if you are taller than 5"1. The chair is narrow and short (the site picture is misleading). The top headrest is a joke. It is so low that it inhibits upper back and I had to remove it completely. The unit came in with a cracked plastic. I definitely won't buy more chairs for my office. Stay away.

When I started working from home I developed back aches that would just not go away. I knew it was time for an upgrade. I was happy to find this chair on sale in stock and with free delivery. It was well worth it!! I get all the features of a VERY expensive chair at a fraction of the price. No more backaches!

Lowest setting is too high.

Purchased about a month ago on internet. I am about 6 ft. tall and spend all day at computer. Lowest height setting is not low enough for me causing me to hunch over resulting in significant back pain. Shipped quickly surprised it was free and overnight. As expected assembly is typical for this type of chair and relatively easy. Lower height setting or forward seat tilt would help.
