Wow! I loved this so much I bought 2 more of these chairs. One for my home office and one for my son's computer room. So much comfort for such a good price! It really doesn't get any better than this. I can sit in it all day at work and still come home and sit in it here!

A Little Short

Assembly wasn't bad and the instructions were clear. The colored paint used to distinguish pieces did make the screws much harder to tighten however. The chair is great but isn't built for everyone. I found as a 6 ft guy that it's barely suitable for me. The chair feels a little low the lumbar support is a little low and the neck/headrest is neck-breaking. I removed the headrest and the chair is much better and supports me sufficiently. I'd prefer it to be adjustable another half inch higher and the lumbar adjustment to be a little higher as well.
