We purchased three of these chairs and everyone likes them. The only thing they didn't care for was the headrest.

I love that I'm not constantly sliding forward and sitting on the edge of my chair. The high back and neck support is great!

My wife an author needed a good chair that would be comfortable for extended use. The Staples Hyken chair was easy to assemble (it took about 20 minutes) and has very good adjustment. My wife was able to customize it to her likes and needs.
