The computer chair I was using caused shoulder and back aches. I went to Staples and sat in at least 15 chairs - I didn't really care what the price was I wanted a comfortable chair that didn't cause pain after a few hours. The minute I sat in this one I knew it was perfect. It supports my lower back it's very comfortable and on a recent 90 degree day the open mesh was appreciated. In addition to all that the price was surprisingly low and it was very easy to put together. You can probably pay a lot more but you won't find a better chair.

Good back support snug seat low head rest

Back support feels great. Seat is full mesh and when you sit down in it it contours to you. It kind of squeeze you in. The head rest is too low for me. I am 5'9". It is at my shoulders and I can't adjust it high enough.
