Great chair that is solid and easy to put together. Loves the instructions and how all the parts were packaged separate and market for when to use. Will deff order from Staples again.

I got this chair on sale and feel like it's a great value at the price I paid. I'm 6'1" tall and it works really well for me. The headrest is not adjustable which is a detractor but I'm not sleeping in the chair - I'm working. So it works well enough for me. The lumbar support is nice. It's range of adjustment is limited but it works well for me. All existing adjustment options work great. It is a little stiff in the seat but not uncomfortable. I'm really pleased with this purchase for home office use.

Nice design; definitely great ROI. Assembly was easy and fast thanks to well-designed compartmentalized (one packet of parts per assembly step) assembly kit. The global product team should be very proud.
