Very firm mesh and has back/lumbar support which is very helpful when sitting for a long period of time. I would recommend for sure!

Very good chair if you're very tall the headrest may be in a bad spot for your shoulders.

The headrest is adjustable but only so much. I am 6' and on its highest setting it hits me very awkwardly on the back of the shoulders.
