After going through conference chair after conference chair I finally broke down and bought a new chair. I figured being that I am sitting at my desl 8 hours a day on the computer it was about time. This chair is so comfortable!! I just love the high head rest and the fact that I can easily lock the chair to no go back if I want to. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome and easily slides up and down to provide the extra support where it is needed. The arm rest are adjustable as well and are easy to change in a second. I love the idea of the mesh appearance and feel and was amazed at the comfort this chair offers. I read a ton of reviews before I bought it and some people complained about the assembly process. Not sure why they were whining... the instructions were super easy all the bolts for each step were separated in their own little bags and marked. It took me no time at all to get it together. It is a sturdy chair and well worth the money!

I tried this in a local Staples store and liked it a lot so I bought one for my office. It has made a big difference in comfort and no more back pain compared to the old company issued chair.

Withhold a star because chair feels somewhat awkward. Might be because I am used to feel of my previous chair which was the best chair ever. I would still recommend this chair to other buyers.

Versatile adjustments a plus as my tall husband and I share the same chair at the computer. I can quickly re-adjust settings to fit. The mesh is cool and a plus for hours of work sitting. The wheel base allows for safer steady rolling eliminating balance issues.

Very comfortable chair. The only problem is my height - the headrest hits me between the shoulder blades so I have left it off. This makes the chair just about perfect.
