I went to look for a chair at the Streetsboro store it was not in stock but it was delivered to my house the next day.The chair assembled well and I've gotten a good price. A good experience all around.

I was looking for a chair with back support and adjustable arms because I set all day long at my desk. I tried several and was the most impressed with this chair. Highly recommend it!

First my only complaint is with how heavy this chair is compared to others. There is a lot of metal in this chair and can be a bit tricky to put together. Otherwise the chair is incredibly comfortable! I could fall asleep in this thing. This is also my first chair with a headrest--something I thought I would never need. I am never going back. Do yourself a favor and pick this chair up!

It is just what we needed. We spent a moderate amount on a bonded leather chair 2 years ago and for the last 6 months I have been finding pieces of it all over the house. We had the same problem with a previous chair. I wanted either a mesh chair or a fabric chair this time. My husband thought a fabric chair would be too warm so we opted for the mesh. We have only had the chair a week but we really enjoy it. The multiple adjustment capabilities make it comfortable for both of us. My husband remains cool on the mesh and the head rest is a nice option.

Great mesh chair & great price especially on sale. Second one I have bought. First one is still in good usable shape after 8 years. The recline mechanism broke and wouldn't go back up to a usable position so I had the hinge pin tac welded and it's back in the office just no recline. I hope this new one is as good. Only minimal style changes in 8 years. Only complaint is the new chair needs a bit more pad or a bit sturdier pad at the knee turn. Not a big deal for me as the chair fits me very well but a larger heavier person may find issue.
