They are very comfortable to bad they don't come in the draft stool also. We just ordered 4 more for the office. Everyone will have one.

I've been sitting in this chair for a week now and I really like it. I spend most of the day at my desk and find it very comfortable. The technical mesh is supportive and a bit bouncy. Even the headrest which I did not think I needed is comfortable when I lean back. I'm 5'4" and find the seat and arm height to be adjustable enough for me. The box it came in was a little beat up but everything inside was in good shape. I unpacked it downstairs and carried the pieces up a bit at a time as some of the sections are heavy. All the parts are well-labeled. The assembly is not difficult though a bit awkward at times. I was able to put it together by myself though it would be good to have some help with attaching the seat to the base. Also the wheels just snap in but require a LOT of pressure to get them in tight. I did not have the strength for it but was able to turn it upright put the wheels into position and sit in it to get the wheels to snap into place. I highly recommend this chair.

NICE WELL BUILT CHAIR. HOWEVER I CAN'T GET IT ADJUSTED SO THAT IT IS COMFORTABLE FOR EITHER MYSELF OR MY WIFE. THE BACK IS SORT OF OK BUT THE HEAD SUPPORT WON'T ADJUST TO A COMFORTABLE POSITION.

Great product! Everyone loves it! It really supports your lower back and neck makes you sit straight! We went with two employees to the store to choose chairs. The Hyken chair was so comfortable that one of my coworkers has chosen it right away. I ordered four chairs more for other staff. The other coworker is a short person so the height of the back and neck support didn't fit her. She found another chair for herself. In the office anyone who tried the chair wanted it too so we ordered five more of them! Our staff just smile now when I come to their desks... Thank you Staples!

I Bought 3 Chairs: One For Each Of The 3 Computers We Have In Our Home Office. They Look Good Feel Good And The Price Was Right.

I went to look for a chair at the Streetsboro store it was not in stock but it was delivered to my house the next day.The chair assembled well and I've gotten a good price. A good experience all around.
