Okay chair good support after 1-1.5 years of using it started squeaking. I’ve sprayed WD40 took it apart and put it back together to make sure everything is as tight as humanly possible. Squeakiness only gets worse and gets insanely annoying even the littlest movements will set this chair off. DO NOT buy trash after 1-1.5 years

The Perfect Chair for Relief from Back Neck and Shoulder Pain

I have been looking for the perfect chair that would adjust to my unusual desk monitor and keyboard heights. This chair is perfect! It is so comfortable I can now work for hours with no pain in my neck back or shoulders. Very happy with this chair!

Best Task Chair I've Ever Owned.

Very easy to assemble. Firm support yet comfortable. Mesh construction prevents perspiration often cooling. Edge of seat with height adjusted to allow your feet to be flat on the floor prevents the restriction of lower leg circulation that my former chair caused. Rolls extremely easily over thin carpeted flooring. Highly recommended at this sale price.

Assembly challenges

It’s a decent enough chair. Maybe a little over priced for the quality. My biggest issue is with the manufacturing quality. Two of the nuts would not receive the bolts. The threads were clogged due to the manufacturing process. Forcing one broke the nut from its mount but I was able to improvise it. I chose to buy a tap so I did not have a problem with the second. If you chose to buy this chair just keep in mind you may have to deal with this sort of thing and either return it or fix it.

Excellent chair -- really comfortable -- light weight -- easy to move around and great at supporting your neck while at a desk. I would highly recommend it to anyone with back or neck issues -- or anyone else who wants have good body support while sitting.
