Armrest cracked overtime

Have had this chair for over 5 years now. Mesh part is just fine. Sturdy and lasts. Bit uncomfortable for long periods so I use padding for my back and seat. The armrest however is another story. It has cracks and increases over time. The material on the armrest does not last. Really disappointing. Otherwise this chair could last long time if it weren't for the poor quality armrest material.

I bought this chair for my home office about 10 months ago and have been more than satisfied with its comfort light weight and overall performance. Finally a chair that gives great support plus durability and doesn't weigh a ton!

Love my new chair so much more comfortable than my old worn out chair. I am sure it will be much cooler too in the summer as it is mesh. Cant beat the price either for a chair of this style. Highly recommend!

I love it - but husband couldn't stand it. Small people might enjoy it but if you are 6' or close to it - look elsewhere.

I got this for my husband as he was starting to work from home all the time and it was a black Friday deal. Upon arrival the chair assembled easily. I am 5'4" and I fit in this chair very well - and actually it is now my new office chair. My husband is 6'1" and about 240lbs so he is a larger built man. He complained it was uncomfortable - pretty much all over. Said he could feel the hard plastic through the mesh on the legs and back. Immediately this was not going to work period not even for short term. While it is good for me - it is not good for everyone hence the 3 stars.

I've been treated to more expensive Herman Miller chairs at work for years and love them but was looking for a less expensive option in the same style for my home office. This chair fits the bill. It comes in at a fair price point and is comfortable for long periods of use. It rolls fine height adjusts without a problem arm rests are firm but comfortable and it holds it's tension well when you lean back. I'm 6' 1'' and the headrest jabs me in the top of my shoulder blades but my 5' 4" wife fits it perfectly. I have a tendency to take the headrest off if I'm going to be working from home for more than an hour or two but it's comfortable without the headrest as well. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase. If you have the money available you'll get a better quality chair by looking elsewhere but this is acceptable for regular all day use at a low price point.

This chair is a major improvement over the previous one an old steno's chair. It is particularly good for a person with continual back pain.

Very good chair for a person who is looking to sit for long hours. I have been working from home and needed to upgrade. This chair is perfect for gaming working from home and watching movies etc.
