Really amazing chair if you have a stand up desk

The chair is very ergonomic and rated to be sat in for up to 10 hours. But the way the chair keeps your posture correct it angles your hip joints upward so your legs are slightly higher than your hips. If you sit for this long your legs start falling asleep and you can feel the effects when you’re driving or sitting in any other chair. Standing up for thirty minutes every hour or so fixes this but if you are sitting non stop throughout the day I do not recommend this chair for you. Great arm head and lumbar support.

The chair worked out good. There was one chair I liked more (that cost more) that I didn't get because it didn't have the head reast like this one...It has helped my back though already!

not comfortable after 8 hours at my desk

I sat in this chair twice for 1/2 hour each in the store (while out of town on a business trip) before I ordered it. It felt good at first but after a few hours of sitting the seat mesh relaxed a bit and my thighs rested slightly on the sides of the seat frame causing hip/thigh discomfort. I am not a big guy at 172 LBS so I don't feel my hip size & weight were a factor. Unfortunately I will have to return this great looking but uncomfortable chair. The chair was also received dammaged as I unpacked it. It appears that one of the metal brackets (back-rest or arm-rest) shifted during shipment from China and poked a hole in the mesh chair back. Before I knew the chair became uncomfortable after hours of use I had already contacted Staples and asked for a replacement chair back. The Staples person at 1-800-425-0049 was very helpful and acommodating and assigned a case# and arranged for a replacement chair back to be shipped. I commend your customer service person. After I discovered that the chair became uncomfortable I spoke again to a Staples person and I have the option of disassembling and re-packing the chair having FedEx come to my home and pick it up OR returning it still assembled at my closest Staples store 55 miles away the next time I go into the big city (next week). Since I feel it could be a hassle dis-assembling and carefully re-packaging it I have chosen to return it still assembled to the sotre for a refund.

Perfect chair for small-to-mid-sized people. (5 foot to - 6 foot). The mesh makes it so you don't sweat easily. Super comfy!
