This chair is great. It goes up & down swivels and you can lean back in it. The lean-back tension strength can be adjusted too. You can make it so that you have to push really hard for the chair to lean or make it so that you barely have to push back at all. This is my favorite part about the chair. I really like the adjustable lumbar support too and have found it very helpful and comfortable for my lower back. The headrest is great too and it’s also adjustable. I’m 5’8” and have found the headrest to line up with my head nicely. Overall this chair is excellent. The mesh design is surprisingly comfortable. Did I mention that the arm rests are adjustable too? The amount of flexibility offered in this chair is fantastic for the price. This chair checks the most amount of boxes for me. It’s a winner for sure. Well done Staples.
