I was very disappointed in the overall comfort of the chair. The back part of the chair sits to straight and the lumbar in the lower back area does not comfortably adjust to the body. Additionally the head rest does not pivot back enough. The chair looks more comfortable than it actually is.

This is one of the most comfortable task chairs I have used. Comfortable seat great back support and the head rest I find to be wonderful. Just sit back and relax. Rolls easily on a carpeted surface as well as on the desk mat. Adjustable height makes it easier to get comfortable at the desk.

Would recommend this chair to anyone. Very easy to put together and very comfortable. I have a bad hip and with my old chair by half way through the day I would have a hard time getting up and down out of my chair and with this one it is not nearly as soar.

Challenging to assemble Headrest is unusable

This chair is not straightforward to assemble even with an extra person to help. It requires an elevated surface that's not too wide (wooden chair but not table) to rest the seat on inverted while installing the base and back. Fine. Got through it. I opted for the version with the headrest for head and neck support. The slider mechanism on the headrest has slots which slip very easily. So every time I lean back I have to raise the headrest position to my desired height. Every. Time. I. Lean. Back. Annoying enough that I'm considering just taking off the headrest. Would consider returning this but considering the hassle of installation that last thing I want to do is disassemble return and reassemble another chair only to find similar/different issues. If possible try out chair in store before buying/ordering.

Half broken on arrival but quite comfy!

I ordered 4 for my office and half of them had something broken in them when they arrived. Packed the 2 back up and sent 'em back and got replacements quickly. The replacements were in boxes that were all taped up like they had been opened already but the chairs came out OK from them. The chairs themselves are pretty comfy some of the women in the office like them for the better ventilation in the seat. You have to be careful leaning back since (with a foot stool) you could easily fall asleep in them. I've seen reports of them tearing easily when the fabric starts to fail but since we've only had them for a few days I can't comment on that. Under the fabric there's nothing too sharp so it doesn't look super dangerous in the event if collapse.
