Great All-Day Work Chair

This is an incredibly comfortable chair. It has all the right adjustments. The lumbar support can be raised up or down to be in the right spot. The head rest can change angles to best support your head. I love that it is all mesh which allows breathability and helps with comfort. The arm rests are movable and properly comfortable with a slight cushion to them. It took me about 15 minute to assemble with a hex drill bit to speed things up. I think the chair is great value and highly recommend it.

Tall Buyers Beware

This chair is a nice high-quality item. However tall buyers beware. I am only 6 feet tall but am unable to sit up straight in proper posture without the headrest pushing my head/neck forward. This is especially concerning since I purchased this chair specifically for better posture but it is actually creating the opposite effect due to the headrest. The headrest is adjustable but even on the highest setting it is not enough for a 6’+ tall person.

Not comfortable for long

I'm 5'10" and 185 lbs and this chair was comfortable for about 3 months. Now as soon as I sit down I get burning/numbness in my legs and rear end. I sit for at least 8 hours and the only chair I've found relief with is the Aeron (well worth the money for a 12 year warranty).

Chair was shipped promptly and package was intact. Product quality was not good: recline lock did not work; arm rests were uneven.
