Easy to assemble with good instructions. Best part everything works. First chair where the tension support adjustment knob worked. Liked it enough to purchase a second chair.

I looked at the price and couldn't believe how it could be so low comparatively. I replaced a "back friendly" posture chair with this one. The one I had was never comfortable even though it had lots of levers. This one is simple easy and I really like the mesh seat backrest and the cushion for the head Is a wonderful bonus. Directions were pretty scant but even so assembly was easy enough about 30 minutes or less. It's a welcomed addition to my office in my home.

It is a lot more comfortable that the padded leather chair that I previously had. Also lighter to move around and it takes up less space in my office.

This chair was easy to assemble in about 15 minutes and very comfortable for up to 8 hours. Multiple positions available to fit individual comfort. Highly recommended.

There are better chairs out there

It's a chair - I can sit in it and it holds me up. It is not comfortable at all. The sides of the seat dig into my thighs and I am not a wide person. The seat is not very deep and so only the top half of my thighs are on it even with my lower back pressed all the way against the back although I have longer legs than normal so that's not unusual. The "lumbar support" doesn't stay where you put it so you'd better be okay with it at the lowest setting where gravity wants it. The headrest has the same problem - no way to lock it in place so it falls with gravity. All in all a disappointment.

So far I really like this chair. I like all of the adjustments that can be made to customize this chair to my body. My husband tried the chair and has since ordered himself one as well.
