This chair went together like a dream except for the wheels. They won't snap in and they won't stay in. I called to ask if there was a secret to it. The gentleman said no just push and twist. My chair still has no wheels on it.

This chair is very comfortable. Although it may take a bit of work to assemble the pieces. It took me about an hour to put together the chari. Once it's set up it's very comfortable.

Comfortable chair

Love the neck support adjustable arm rest and tilt lock feature. Really helped reduce my back and leg pain from my previous chair (Herman Miller Aeron model). Well worth the affordable price. I should note that I'm 5'7" so I'm not sure how this chair might work out for a taller person. The neck support might be too low for someone 6 feet and above.

Assemble the chair little time to fit 0.5 hr to spend it. Chair quality is owesome. I was looking herman miller chair long time I could not find them in my budget. This product is fit my budget and satisfaction.
