The great thing about this chair is that it fits me so well! It's very comfortable & has terrific lumbar support. Rolls smoothly. I love to be able to tilt back easily. We shopped all over before we bought this one & it was an excellent choice for us!

Best for the Money

I've had this chair for a little over a year now. I had bought a refurbished Aeron chair for 4x the cost and returned it. To me this chair is more comfortable for hour one and hour ten. I was having back problems from sitting in a regular padded office chair and this chair has made a huge difference.

Great chair assembly awkward

The chair was not in stock in the store but we ordered it in the store and it arrived the next day shipped to our door. Assembly: All the parts were there and the connectors clearly labeled. Although there were no words in the instructions they were fine to follow. The assembly was fairly straightforward however the execution was awkward. Most of the assembly was with the chair upside down and it required two people: one to hold and the other to assemble. And we were lucky to have a sofa table handy to balance the thing on while we assembled it because it's heavy! Hopefully that indicates high quality. We love the chair; it makes us sit up straight and rolls easily on our tile floor. We've only been using it for one day but hopefully we will continue to be satisfied for many years to come.

Not worthy and definite back pain

Not sure why there were so many good reviews but it is definitely not a chair for work and you will get back pain if you sit more than 20 mins .

Reasonably easy to assemble by myself. The chair has fantastic back support and the headrest is perfect. I can easily snooze off if I lean back in it LOL. The -.5 star is for the narrowness of the seat. I'm on the large side and the seat is just a tad too narrow. Not a serious comfort issue. It's kind of like sitting in the seat of a sportscar.
