This chair is very comfortable provides good back support and is a good buy from Staples. It was remarkably easy to assemble with the screws even being separated to correspond with each step of assembly. It was the clearest easiest assembly I have seen.

This is by far one of the most comfortable ergonomically chair I have ever used! The head rest is a huge plus and the set up took minutes. I ordered it on line and no shipping fees to deal with and it was very fast delivery. I would highly recommend this chair. In-fact all the chairs I tested don't even compare to the comfort this chair provides. Just amazing!

Just put this together which was straight forward to do. Decently built good but not great materials out of the box.I actually really like the headrest it is perfect for when you want to lean back and close your eyes. The seat though feels like there is a has a hard line where support drops off just after the bit of black underlay (you can see it in the pictures above. Not a deal breaker but hoping that the front support stretches out a little after use to be a more even seating surface.

Nice Chair After Lots of Work

Yes putting in the casters was tricky but I got them all to go in. Assembly was not very difficult. The trickiest part was how long it took to get the height and tilt configured so that my sciatica stopped acting up. The tilt does not lock at any angle there are actually only about four settings including all the way up and back which didn't work for me. Luckily one of the middle two tilt settings worked. Once I got everything where it should be this chair is exactly what I needed. And since I'm only 5'8" the headrest fits too.
