Satisfied and Then Some

The chair is pretty much exactly what was advertised and what I was looking for: The best value computer chair which a) had a headrest b) provided lumbar support and c) was mesh and fully adjustable. Considering the several hundred dollar gap between this and the next most comparable chair I can find i'll settle with the few minor points for improvement i've noticed. Namely the headrest though adjustable is merely a slide up/in or down/out and I would like for an adjustment on the armrests where they pivot in or out. But again considering the chair I received I still call it a steal. And easy to put together to boot. 8.5/10

Great neck support for shorter people

I bought this primarily for my 5’2” wife and the neck support work great for her. I however am 6’3” and when sitting up the neck support hits me in my traps even set to the highest level. The comfort of the seat and back is great but maybe look for a different option if you are tall.

Pressure points

I purchased this chair because I suffer from spinal pain sue to injuries received in the Army. I went to the store and sat in this chair for a little bit and thought it was the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. I read over the tag attached to it and it stated that it was designed to be sat in for 8-10 hours. I thought that it was perfect so I brought it home. Assembly was easy and trouble free. It is comfortable to the point where I tend to fall asleep while working it not that it is a bad thing. The only problem I have is that the seat frame does not have any padding so it creates a pressure point against the outside of my thighs. I am not a large person nor am I heavy. Perhaps some padding along the seat frame to relieve the pressure would definitely make a much more comfortable chair than it already is.

Great deal for the quality. My only gripe is the seat is only made of the tight material which is less comfortable than I'd like.

Most Comfortable Office Chair

After sitting in this chair at a closing attorney’s office I had to have one for my home office. It’s so incredibly comfy and super supportive. I highly recommend!

I bought one of these chairs a year ago but am sorry that my first chair kept going down and I tried to fix but had no success. I had to discard it and bought a second chair. I would never by insurance on a chair. Ridiculous.
