Very comfortable especially surprising to use the headrest on long phone calls. Replaced a leather high backed desk chair. This is cooler (temperature-wise).
I have been looking for s chair with great back support. I work on my desk a lot of hours and suffer from back pain. This chair is the best and has great neck support as well. It is a great investment. The chair isn't bulky or take too much space which I love. I love mesh chairs they are so comfy and when it is hot you have no worries. I work from home so this fit perfect with my office desk.
The chair arrived exactly when I was told it would. I was 3/4 of the way through the assembly when it occurred to me it was not the red one I had ordered. Right chair wrong color. Since it took me the better part of the afternoon to assemble (directions were excellent) I was NOT going to return and have to start the assembly over again. I love the chair! Just would have loved it more if it had been the red one I ordered.
The chair is good so far. The packaging was a mess with several visible pieces of the chair protruding through a tear. However all components were present and the chair showed no real damage.
I tried the chair in the store and I thought this one was great - I compared it to others and felt this chair put my pelvis low back and spine in the best position and the head/neck support is a nice added feature especially if leaning back or reclining. I have some background in ergonomics and this chair definitely made me sit with good posture. The mesh material also makes it more breathable and is appropriately supportive. The chair was out of stock at the store and it was ordered and shipped free to my house. I assembled it and sat down and it was very comfortable for my pelvis and spine but the mesh on the seat seemed a bit weak compared to the model in the store (BTW - I am not overweight so I am not over-stressing the mechanical properties of the material) and at the front of the mesh seat there is also a cushion for under the thighs that is more firm than the store model. In fact it feels more rigid and it presses horizontally across the back of the thighs and is uncomfortable and I am unsure if I will keep this one. I thought that maybe I didn't notice this when originally testing and sitting in the store model so I even went back to the store to sit in it and it did not have the same firmness of the seat cushion and it definitely did not irritate the back of my legs. So there seems to be some slight variance in manufacturing. Other than that for me this chair was the obvious choice and it clearly stood out when testing and comparing it with other chairs on display at the store.
