WHILE TRYING TO ASSEMBLE THE CHAIR ONE OF THE BOLT HOLES WAS OBSTRUCTED. I HAD TO TAKE THE PART ( SEAT) BACK TO THE STAPLES STORE. THERE THREE ASSOCIATES TRIED WITHOUT SUCCESS TO CORRECT THE DEFECT. THE STORE MANAGER FINALLY HAD TO TAKE A SEAT FROM A NEW BOX AND GIVE IT TO ME. I THEN RETURNED HOME AND SUCCESSFULLY ASSEMBLED THE CHAIR. FOR ALL THE TROUBLE TIME AND FRUSTRATION IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO PAY THE SMALL FEE AND HAVE STAPLES ASSEMBLE THE PRODUCT. MADE IN CHINA - EXPECT PROBLEMS!

I was very disappointed in the overall comfort of the chair. The back part of the chair sits to straight and the lumbar in the lower back area does not comfortably adjust to the body. Additionally the head rest does not pivot back enough. The chair looks more comfortable than it actually is.

Put together simple enough. Recommend using ratchet and socket vs.the allen wrench supplied for best tightening. Very comfortable would have liked the seat itself be a little longer for my thighs to fully rest on. Arm rest width and seat forward/back adjustments are permanent when assembling. To change must loosen screws to adjust and not much latitude either direction so take it as is when assembling. Pulled the arm rests out as far as allowed and seat had to be snug to the shortest position to properly tighten the screws. But over all for the price I am happy with no serious complaints. I would buy again.
