Excellent sales service from Staples Edgewater Commons. Great chair for relieving back pain. The plastic telescopic air lift cover arrived broken but to be honest the chair looks sleeker without it. Thanks employee #1333979

We bought this chair for my son for his dorm room because it seemed to have good back and neck support. Unfortunately he discovered that the headrest attachment was defective and could not be attached to the chair so we will have to send it back. We expected more for the price paid.
