I bought this chair because I got one at work and I L-O-V-E it!. No back pain plenty of support. I can sit in it all day. The next day delivery was awesome.

Excellent Office chair

My last home office chair was made of sythetic leather and the srface delaminated after 3 years. I kicked it to the curb (literally). I was looking for a chair which gave excellent lumbar support and had a soft plastic on the arms that would last the life of the rest of the chair. The Hyken Mesh chair was not what I went to buy but it was by far the most comfortable chair I sat on. The dealmaker was a 50% off sale which made the sale final price close to what I wanted to spend. The quality and comfort made the deal worthwhile. The mesh on the seat and back is comfortable as well as ventilated. The tension adjustment for the back rest allows a near weightless feel as you sit back but the back can also be locked in 3 positions. The headrest has multiple adjustments as well. The only negative I can think of is a chair that is so comfortable it is too easy to sit back and go to sleeep.

Staples Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair

I purchased this chair for use at my home computer where I often spend long hours. I've had a history of back issues and at 60 years old I've found that I get stiff after sitting too long. I've had this chair for a week now and it's everything I hoped for. The lumbar support is the best I've ever had including office chairs at work. The mesh is cool and comfortable but provides firm enough support. The multiple adjustments are easy to work and enabled me to tailor it to my exact fit. Finally I bought it on sale and the price was excellent. I highly recommend this chair for work station use.

Hyken task chair

I'm very happy with this chair. It is adjustable for the smaller person where many (most?) desk chairs are designed to fit a 6 footer. Very comfortable. I had purchased a more expensive Staples mesh chair but after using it for 2 weeks the mesh seat started coming loose. Returning that chair to Staples was a very positive customer experience. The manager exchanged the original chair for the Hyken model adjusted the price to reflect a sale price. Aside from the inconvenience of having to return the original and assemble 2 chairs the end result was good.

Have had chair for atleast four months now. The thing is fantastic allowing me to be comfortable as well as productive. The neck-rest should is a great feature as it is really nice and has 2 angles.
