I love the back support and overall comfort. I don't like the fact that my feet keep getting tangled with the caster supports at the floor. That part of the chair needs to be re-engineered.

Great value for price

Product delivered on time. Very easy to assemble took just 10 min to put everything together. Chair is very comfortable. Headrest is great when chair is in tilt back position. Was expected cheap parts but was surprised that the pieces that came looked solid and built to last for a while. My wife has a Herman Chair. This Hyken chair is just as comfortable and cost just 1/6 the price.

Far Superior

The Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair is by far more superior than other task chairs and executive chairs (much more expensive) that I have purchased from staples and other retailers! It is very comfortable over a long period of sitting (6 hours or more).

A good chair that could be better

Thankfully there was no damage to the chair from the lack of packing in the box. It is fairly comfortable except that the seat back encroaches on the seat several inches and cannot be adjusted any further back. I am seriously considering returning the chair because of that. I fI keep it I may have to machine the mounting holes to allow more adjustment.

I love that the back of the chair helps me to sit up straight. It helps relieve my back pain. The only thing that would improve the chair for me is a deeper seat. I'm tall so the seat is bit short for me.

Not for short-waisted people who need head support. Not all that adjustable.

The headrest hits the top of my head and pushes it forward. There is no way to adjust the space between the seat and the headrest (and you can't lower the back closer to the seat either) so if you're short-waisted but want head support this isn't a good choice.

Great Chair

I love this chair! I just got through a busy season with long hours sitting at my desk and would normally leave me with pretty severe neck & shoulder pain. I decided to buy this chair to see if it helped and it made a huge difference. The chair provides great support and I'm completely comfortable sitting in it for long hours. I've been recommending it to all of my friends & co-workers!
