A fine sturdily made and comfortable chair. Can be adjusted to individual needs. Easy to assemble good instructions.

Haven't used it much since I only received this chair a few days ago. So far it is very comfortable and the neck rest makes helps a whole lot with my neck issue.

Have purchased other chairs before from Staples and the weak point is the hydraulic lift that fails after some use. This chair is not as comfortable as our previous leather chair but is acceptable.
