Great chair

I purchased two of this chairs for each of our offices. I paid the extra amount to have Staples assemble them. They are really comfortable for long days on working in the office. Very happy with them.

Very comfortable

Very comfortable for my 5'5" medium build frame. Good back and lumbar support. Adjustable height and arms. My son and husband who are both over 6' and slender to medium frame both thought the lumbar couldn't be adjusted to fit in the right spot and that the headrest was too low. They also felt that the seat part was too close to the back of the chair. So...if you are tall and broad try another product but otherwise this chair is good. The chair wasn't hard to put together. Just need to use a lot of "elbow grease" to tighten the bolts the secure the various parts.

This chair surpasses any of those cushy leather chairs. The support is great and the headrest is a great bonus. The chair can be static or reclining.

This is the second Hyken Chair I have purchased. In both cases I can sit for hours without experiencing problems when I stand up afterward. I can't do that with other chairs. Assembly instructions are outstanding as well unlike many other asian products.

Comfortable and easy to assemble great chair for the price

Good instructions no tools needed (comes with hex key) pretty comfortable. Only gripe is the headrest doesn't stay put if you raise it up and I wish the back moved up and down. Solid chair for the price.
