The chair was very easy to assemble following the instructions provided. I like the chair very much. The only issue I have is the manufacturer placed white sticky labels in 2 places and a sticky white residue remains and is visible in 1 area. I have to figure out how to remove it without damaging the black plastic.

Love this chair! I am a smaller woman and it's hard to find office chairs that fit my body well. This one is great--just what I needed. It gives good support to my back and neck and it has enough adjustments to tailor it to my body.

Great comfortable chair. I work long hours at my desk and have a history of back issues. This chair provides good support and has reduced my fatigue considerably. My only knock is that the headrest is a bit funky (how it's designed). The headrest is comfortable you just need to re-adjust it now and then but that wouldn't keep me from buying the chair again. :)

I have bought a lot of chairs lately and I find that the cushions squish down and become uncomfortable SUPER quickly. I liked this one b/c it doesn't have a cushion. It is very comfortable and I feel like it will last much longer since I won't be wearing anything out. Gets top rating from me.

It's a nice looking chair. I wouldn't rate it the most comfortable chair if you are spending long hours at your desk. I definitely need to get up and move around because this chair seat feels hard after an hour or so. The assembly was a bit tricky with only vague drawings. The chair back upright piece and the decorative plastic cover to the hydraulic tube arrived broken in the box. I called the number in the instructions and they sent me replacement parts that arrived in 3 days so that was good. Also to note - this chair weighs a ton! I had to carry it upstairs to my office in pieces to assemble up here or I would never have been able to get it up the stairs by myself.

Confortable Chair with one issue

Chair is great except for one thing the headrest likes to drop to a lower setting when I get up causing the bottom corners to dig into my shoulders when I sit back down.
