Just got this today. Instructions much better than ones we get at other swedish based stores. Easy to put together but takes about 20 min at an easy pace.Seems it is in high demand and very difficult to find in store. got the last one and three other people wanted it. specifically wanted a mesh seat which doesnt compress over time like the padded seats I have been using which are now like a wood bench. This should last long. I have similar design seat in the office and they are long lasting cool and comfortable.

Great work chair

I've bought almost all my office chairs from Staples. This is one of my favorite. It gives solid ergonomic support. Does not get hot seating for long times. When you can buy it at sale it is a real great value. That said for an ergonomic chair it does not have some of the fine tune features in other $200+ chairs. I find the seat bottom a bit uncomfortable. (I am 5.6 at 165 LBS). I made some custom adjustments by adding a memory foam pad for the bottom and a memory foam arm rest pads. With the mods I am pretty happy. I wish it had adjustable lumbar support but the one that is in place is not bad.

Sitting in my new chair writing this review!

I work in a home office so having a solid chair is very important. I could not be more pleased and after using my new purchase for the last week I know I made a good decision. The lumbar support and the head rest as especially comfortable and offer the support I need for an 8 hour day. And the bonus? The chair was easy to put together and came with good instructions! :)

After trying the many chairs in Staple's collection I bought myself the Hyken Chair and have been very pleased with it...My husband's old desk chair was a sorry mess so I offered to replace it for him. He also tried all of the chairs and the Hyken was his choice too.

I started in a new job but the desk chair was huge for my frame. I sat on two pillows with another at my back. Yesterday I decided it was time to order something appropriate for my position. I noticed that numerous women mentioned that it was just their size and men of six feet said it was a bit small. This was the chair for me! I got the lovely red color. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble it once I found the Allen wrench that was neatly tucked into the packet. For the price the design color and nice size are a great deal.
