I recently purchased an office chair from Staples and I must say it's incredibly comfortable. The person at Staples who assembled the chair did an amazing job making it sturdy and reliable. I'm delighted with the overall quality and service I received.

Seat sits high at the knees aggravating my back. A tilt option might have helped.

I've purchased three of these in recent years. I have back problems and spend a lot of time in front of a computer. Different people need different chairs - this one conforms to me perfectly and is very comfortable to use both upright and reclined. The mesh is supportive stays clean comfortable and seems durable to me. Solid construction though the screw-in bolts can be difficult to get in sometimes.

Poor Quality

I've had this chair 3 weeks today the left arm rest came off. When looking at how it broke it appears the the 4 screws were over tightened at the factory. I thought i was buying a quality chair but now very concerned about the overall quality of this chair.
