Great...but wait there are tall people also

The overall chair is well designed and made. Good solid fabric so far. The adjustable arm rests makes it possible to have a raised seat cushion (tall person) and still fit under a lower desk (not adjustable) My issue is that I'm 6'4 and 200lbs. The neck support hits my upper back and has to be removed. I was actually looking forward to this feature. Also the overall back support lands below my shoulders so not ideal for full back support. Should have tested it in store before doing an online purchase my bad. If you are tall I would recommend looking at alternatives. My wife is 5'11 and she just fits for the head rest. But still happy with the chair and should be happy for a couple of years.

Incredibly weak back support

I put this chair together and the build quality seemed good until I sat down and drifted backwards without exerting any pressure to lean back. After cranking down on the adjustment knob as far as it would go it still leans back far to easily. When fully reclined it requires strain to sit back up. I'm 5'10 and 200 pounds this should not tax a chair like this. Doesn't come close to the support level in my previous chair.

Great Remote Work Chair

I need to sit for prolonged periods of time for my job and thus I need a chair that helps my posture and doesn't leave me sore hours later. I'm happy to say this is that chair! I love the various adjustment settings especially the lumbar support and the head rest. And after hours it's a fun chair to lean back and game in as well. Previously I went through 3 chairs in the span of one year to find my best fit. No buyer's remorse here!

A Fantastic Chair!!!

Truly satisfied with this chair. It keeps your body at perfect sitting posture for long periods of time and with the head rest it's another bonus. The sitting cushion is nice. It may feel little stiff at first but give it time to break it in. Also being that it's mesh chair it provides great air flow as well. Overall If you're looking for a great quality chair this is one! Highly recommend it.

A very good deal at the discounted price..bought because an aching back and indeed have helped to releive some aches and pains. i also have had an Aeron chair for many years..and it compares favorably albeit pricing is quite different.
