The chair was delivered the next day and I don't live in a metropolitan area. There was a good process to assemble the chair (best I have seen) and it works perfectly.

I love the chair and the adjustments are almost as good as my work office chair. I am only 5 foot 3 so the head/neck rest hits me a little high but otherwise it's way better than I hoped for for the price.
