I bought a second chair for use at my church for people who have back issues. People who could not sit for more than 10-15 minutes are now able to sit for the entire service!!

I didn't receive the original shipment so I contacted Staples CS for assistance. The mishap was rectified swiftly and I received the replacement chair on the agreed upon time. Even if I don't end liking the chair the stellar customer service will keep me coming back to Staples. Keep up the great work!

I was researching a chair to work from home in the kitchen and glad I chose this chair. The chair arrived in a couple of days took only 20 minutes to setup and feels great. Love the headrest. Definitely recommend.

Per other reviews removing the head rest was a great improvement to the chair. I'm not sure of the stature of the person that it would fit but it certainly wasn't mine. It is non-adjustable. The lumbar support is decent and is adjustable.

This chair is all its advertised to be reasonable price easy to put together comfortable. I ordered it on staples.com at noon on a Thursday received it (free shipping) on Friday @ 11:00am! Nice job Staples.

Having had issues with my back for years I was looking for a chair that would serve my back problems. This chair has met and surpassed all my issues and dis-comfort. It is by far the most comfortable and relaxing chair I have ever had. I am able to sit for hours and get work done without having sore and painful issues. The best investment I have made in a long time. Thanks to whomever designed this chair. Highly recommend.I have had 2 surgeries on my back and have not been able to sit in any chair for any length of time this chair has made it possible for me.
