Lumbar support poking my back muscle

One of our employees purchased this chair and loved it. So we all tried it out. Slowly but surely one by one of us purchased the chair for our desk. I love how it hugs the lower back and when I lean back it gently takes me there. My back says thank you for developing this chair!

I actually purchased another chair (La-Z-Boy) and took it back because it was TOO comfortable and got this chair. This chair follows you when you sit up to actually work at your desk. Love it!

The chair is very sturdy and comfortable. The only downside is it is extremely heavy and difficult to move around.
