Comfortable Chair

This chair is very comfortable but a royal pain to assemble. While Staples does include all of the necessary parts to put it together and packages it well and provides great instructions it's time consuming as well as challenging for someone who might not have good hand dexterity and strength to assemble.Overall a great product when you have a strong person putting it together for you.

Decent chair but has 2 flaws

Over-all this is a fairly good chair for the money. But there are two important features that I feel lack good design and they both affect comfort. First the seat cushion is less comfortable than the chair I just got rid of that I bought from Staples about 10 years ago. It feels fine at first but after a long period it gets uncomfortable. I bought a Comfi-Life cushion per another reviewers suggestion and that helped a lot. Second the head rest sits too far back for my preference. This was one of the few chairs that met my desired height for the headrest. But I have to lean my head too far back to make use of it. It would be nice if it had a forward adjustment option. The mesh back does a good job of keeping my back cooler especially if a fan is on in the room. The instructions were extremely easy to follow and the parts organization was very impressive. Unfortunately there was a flaw in the bolt hole that received the headrest mounting bolt. The hole was reamed out and had no threads in the area nearest the opening. There was also what appeared to be debris from manufacturing blocking the depth of the hole. I was able to remove the debris with a pick and compressed air. By bypassing the use of the washer I was able to get just a few bolt thread to engage So far it has held; but it is not secured as designed. This was the final step of the assembly and I was not going to return it and go through assembling a new chair over this if I could make this on work. Had I realized this at first I probably would have exchanged the chair.

Almost perfect but one thing

Everything perfect and comfortable one thing is top of chair that where butt sit on not that comfortable if you sit often and or sit for 2 hour or longer.
