Cool Firm Comfort

I love this chair. Mesh seat helps me stay cool during long sessions. Very solid quality feel. I didn't think I would like the headrest. I was wrong. This seat "gives" but is not mushy.

It is a good product. It's nice to give support to my back and allow me to recline when need to rest. The only issue is it squeaks while reclining back. Also wish the back support can be adjusted for different leg length.

I give 5 stars to this Hyken Chair. It is comfortable. The headrest fits just right. I love to tilt chair every so often to relieve tension while I work.

We bought about 4-5 of these chairs for our production office and they are so comfortable! The lumbar support is perfection I never get sore or uncomfortable I love this chair.

This Staples Hyken Product is a very well put together chair! It was easy to assemble and has many comfort adjustments. It is also a very light weight chair that fits nicely at an office desk. The Chair is well constructed and is priced competitively to other types of Office Furniture Chairs. What I like about it is that it is not an over-sized "Clunky Chair" that takes up office space and limited support features for your back and arms. I would highly recommend this chair for anyone that is looking to upgrade their existing Office Chair.

Great upgrade for me and reasonably priced

I can't knock my old "pleather" chair too hard. It had a good run but ultimately needed a cushion peeled excessively and would not stay at the adjusted height. This chair won't have either of the first two issues (latter pending). I also really like the headrest and arm height adjustment. I only wish you could raise it a little higher and that the arms were a little more adjustable.
