I like the chair it's my second one of this model. What I didn't like about it was all the white glue I had to remove after pulling off the huge white labels. I tried using masking tape didn't phase the glue. I had to cover up the rest of the chair and use WD40 to remove the glue. I give the chair 5 stars as I like the chair just didn't like the glue not the chairs fault. I mounted the seat backwards as the normal front edge gives the backside of my knees a very bad time. That is the way I also had the first one.

Staples Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair

I was using an office chair (not a Staples purchase) that wasn't supporting my back correctly (according to my chiropractor) for work I do 8 hours a day on computer. This chair has been great so far. Plenty of back support and I can get close enough to my keyboard tray to keep my hands and arms in a comfortable position too. The mesh seat and back is both supportive and cooler than previous leather chair.

I bought with chair with expectations of comfort and support but each time it was a fight to get it to lean back or roll around. Staples is a great store with very helpful staff and I will definitely buy from them again but I would strongly advise against this chair.

Easy to put together. It's as comfortable as any of the plush ones but lighter in weight. The store had about 20 demo chairs of all different prices and I sat in most of them. The mesh will make it easier to clean than most chairs.

I really like this chair. It has excellent lower back and neck support. I tried many other chairs and this one was it. The mesh covering is firm but not hard. I don't have anything bad to say about it.
