Will never go back to a cushion seat again. The mesh seat is durable sturdy and provides firm support for my legs and my back. The adjustable height arm rests are a major plus and are easy to use. The adjustable headrest however is not my favorite feature on this chair. I'm 5'10" and the only comfort I find with the headrest is when I recline somewhat - which I cannot do while at work. Overall I would recommend this chair.

The only complaint I had was the headrest - I did not like it but it was easily removed.

Comfortable chair for home office

We bought this for a small home office and couldn't be happier. The design is comfortable for many hours of use each day and includes the ability to make many adjustments based on the size of the person using it. I wanted an ergonomic chair. Salesman greeted me and took me to this chair. His description was clear he was knowledgeable helpful and he carried the purchase out to my car. The assembly was relatively easy for a clutz like me…I only had one part left over when complete. Loving the chair.
