This is a great chair. When I sit straight up at the desk typing I can actually feel the lumbar support. The headrest is great for when I want to lay back and relax for a minute. The chair rocks back really smoothly and easily too.

Very comfortable chair. Lots of adjustments.. Arms back neck. Easy to assemble It took me less than 1/2 hour. You could probably assemble this chair without reading the instructions.
