After having shoulders done back pain from too many hours working from home office decided to upgrade everything. After a quick run through the Staples store sitting in each of the 50+ display model’s ordered this one from home. Staples is very clean all employees and customers were in masks (thank you!). I did not expect to like this chair due to the headrest. However once I sat in it knew it was the chair for me. Don’t have to worry about husband or kids taking the chair as they don’t fit in it - both are well over 6’ while I’m only 5’6”.

Uncomfortable from day one. Lumbar support is very uncomfortable unable to move it more than an inch up or down. Arm height is only adjustable up and now lower down. Seat is only cushioned/padded at the edge (under where you bend your knees) that styrofoam padding has been falling out since day one every day I have to push it into place. If I could still return this I 10000% would

Easy to put together. It's as comfortable as any of the plush ones but lighter in weight. The store had about 20 demo chairs of all different prices and I sat in most of them. The mesh will make it easier to clean than most chairs.
