The chair is very comfortable however I know that there are more comfortable chairs out there - they just cost more. The style/design of the chair looks cheap but it probably does not matter for most office atmospheres. The price is inline with the quality of the chair.

Worth every penny

This chair is quite comfortable to sit in even for 8hrs straight during a work day. The mesh is strong and breathable. The lumbar support is adjustable and feels much much better than a chair without lumbar support. If I ever need another office or computer chair I will buy a second one.

Great Chair - I love It!

This chair works perfectly for two reasons - both of which are not usual on an office chair. First the fabric is a mesh so it breathes well - I never stick to it of feel sweaty when I am using it. Secondly it has an amazing headrest that beautifully cradles my head when I am writing and just want to lean back and thank or relax! I would definitely recommend this product to others!

For Short People Only

The average American Man is 5'9". I'm 5'10". The Headrest on this chair when raised as high as it goes hits me right between the shoulder blades. Not the back of my head not my neck the headrest lands between my should blades. If I had to guess I would say it's 4" to 5" too low so if you're over 5'5" you may need to leave the headrest off or it will dig into your shoulders. That said if you are shorter than 5'5" you may find it just right. Note to Staples - please put the "Made In" information on each product - I can only assume this product was made overseas where people are much shorter.

Excellent chair--adjusts to fit you perfectly. Comfortable and great for computer work since adjustable back can get you right up to your work station. excellent back and neck support

OFFICE CHAIR

I purchased this chair about a month ago. I had an old high back office chair but my feet never touched the ground causing leg aches and pains. This chair although it has no padding on the seat is very pliable to the shape of the bottom you put in it. I have scoliosis and have broken my back and neck issues. I always feel rested in this chair and the neck support is just the right size and height for my frame. I am longer in the torso and it fits just right in the nape of my neck. I would suggest buying this chair for anyone. It raises and lowers with ease and has a nice tilt to it the arms will even raise and lower. It has a comfortable lower back support also.
