Lumbar support. Cool mesh fits anyone comfortably. A real great chair and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend it!

Good Chair very adjustable except for neck rest

Got this chair and put it together in a few minutes. It's heavy so I put it together right where I would use it. It was the most adjustable ergonomically chair in it's price range. The controls are easy to use. The only problem is the neck rest which adjusts in tilt but not height. Maybe I just can't find where you can move it up and down but unless I tilt it completely back out of the way it hits me at the shoulder blades. I'm about 5'6" so not super tall or short or anything.

This chair is so comfortable. I wish it was a little taller but that is because my desk is too high. HA! Doesn't hurt you bottom after sitting in it all day that is important when using it at work. Wish I could adjust the back of the chair so I wouldn't have to sit all the way back but when you do it has GREAT support for your back. Would totally recommend for all day use.

I have a lot of neck/back pain and I worked with my physical therapist to find a chair that would fit me- I am 5'1" and most chairs are too tall/too deep. I did have to take the headrest off because it was too high to fit my head comfortably -but even without it the chair fits well and allows me to sit at the computer for longer periods without triggering the neck pain.

It is comfortable. No pressure points and the head rest gives my neck a break from the strain of sitting in one position for so long.

Hyken Office Chair

Pretty easy to put together. Always glad when ALL the pieces are in the Box and my Hyken purchase had all the needed parts. Provided tool was a bit on the cheap side but this happens with other stuff as well. I am enjoying the chair and it seems to be a very good purchase. I hope it lasts many years. If you need an office chair this could be a very good choice for you.
