Most comfortable chair i have ever been iin

Already knew i would like it because they had one at my job where i sit 8 hours a day. It is so comfortable and supports my back very well!!

Good except for headrest

The chair is very good for the price. The only problem I have with it is its headrest. The headrest is too 'low' in the sense that if you have the chair in the upright position and you sit up straight it's edges dig into your shoulder blades and trapezius muscles which will become extremely uncomfortable after prolonged periods of time. I'm not a tall guy only being 5'8'' so I imagine many people will have this issue. Despite this issue I still give the chair 4 stars as every other part of the chair is very comfortable and the headrest can be removed. Although being charged for a poorly designed portion of the product makes me :(

the chair was well packed instructions were pictures which were not overly clear but i was able to figure it out eventually. this chair is the most comfortable chair i have owned so far. compared to many others this is a smaller chair which fits me better gives low back support and the head rest is practical and comfortable. the arm rests are adjustable which is a good feature. the left lever for reclining is not the most reachable and at times does not respond. but generally I am delighted to have made this choice of my new desk chair. I recommend it highly and aside from getting a manual with larger letters and more understandable info i give it 5 stars
