The mesh stays cool while supporting without pressure points. The headrest could be a little more adaptive (curved) to cradle your head but it's still very comfortable to lean back in. I've even fallen asleep in the reclined position.

good product easy assembly colored screws separately packed for appropriate assembly steps -neato! assembly manual could be better particularly the gas cylinder and cover step.
