Everyone seems to like their new chairs and says they are comfortable. The only issue we had was that one of the chairs was missing some parts. Staples had new chairs sent in a day or two and we were ready to go. Returning the chair that was missing parts was very easy.

Excellent chair so far...with only one caveat

The chair was easy to assemble works well and is comfortable to sit in. The only thing I dislike about it is that if you are wearing shorts the mesh can chafe your legs at the lip of the seat. Not a big deal for most people but I got this for my desk at home so it has caused some irritation (physically and figuratively).

Nice sturdy chair but not great for tall people

After putting the chair together I had realized the headrest is quite low and when I sat down the bottom of the head rest was hitting my shoulders. The design doesn't allow you to increase the height just swivel it up and down. So on the height degree swivel the headrest becomes useless and I might as well just take that part off. Caution I am only 6'2"

Poor quality - poor value for money.

This chair is very poor quality especially for the almost $200 asking price. Maybe worth $30? But even then. I have had this chair since September 2023 - it is now November 2023. I use it approximately 6-7 hours per day and I weigh less than 200 pounds. This chair is already starting to fall apart! See photo. Also this chair is meant for very short people. I cannot even use the included head rest. It isn't adjustable enough. I wish I had not purchased this chair.
